We, Review S.A.R.L. along all its members, hereby undertake to abide by the principles and rules stipulated in the present code of ethics:
- Fair Treatment: The principle of equality and rightfulness shall be applied to all contracting parties without any separation or discrimination.
- Respect: The respect of the privacy of all parties related to our operations, especially the real estate transactions, and not carrying out any act that might denigrate them.
- Privacy: Maintaining the privacy of the parties, and all contracting parties and not unveiling any information, whether related to the seller, the buyer or any other party in relation to our operations, especially the real estate transactions, as well as protecting this information from reaching any party that might spread them contractually or personally.
- Trust and Integrity: Presenting all the details of our operations, especially the real estate transactions, in total honesty and transparency and undertaking to keep all contracting parties permanently informed about the facts, the developments and the information related to our operations, especially the real estate transactions, as well as about our special work conditions. In additions, we commit to carry out our work in the highest degree of competence, integrity, trust and maintenance of the reputation and image of the professions that we practice.
- Service Quality: Offering the best type of services in our operations of trading, architecture and real estate brokerage in the purpose of preserving the constant development of those fields and reaching the satisfaction of our clients.
- Abidance by the Laws and Regulations: We undertake to abide by the applied laws, regulations and customs in force in the Lebanese Republic that protect and govern the interests of the professions of trading, architecture and real estate brokerage, and to reinforce our contractual commitments. We understand that any attempt of falsification, or any neglect in submitting any false information or documents would lead to accountability and investigation as well as taking the appropriate measures against them.
- In the Society: We shall seek to be efficient members of the society and work to respect the principles and ethics of the society and seek to develop the Lebanese markets in general and the Lebanese real estate market in specific.
- Relationship with the Rest of the Broker: Cooperate with all related parties when our client’s interest requires it, and we undertake to keep the reputation of our professional real estate colleagues intact, and not to file any complaint that is not based on accurate grounds. In addition, we commit not to deal with the clients of other real estate brokers and intervene in their contractual relationship.
- Relationship with Clients: The interest of the contracting parties shall prevail over the personal interest, and we shall abstain from over describing and hiding material facts. In addition, we shall abide by the obligation of verifying and unveiling facts when necessary. We also commit not to provide any services or execute any transaction where we hold an unveiled personal interest. We shall also work within our competence and refuse to provide services outside our fields of expertise.
- Violation of the Code of Ethics:
- Misleading the client by providing him with false prices about the market.
- Holding off information related to the client, on purpose or unintentionally.
- Not marketing or announcing any lot in a price that is higher or lower than the given price by the client, except upon obtaining the written approval of the latter.
- Not giving any misleading information to the consumer of all type and by all means, whether electronic or other, that might lead to a loss and damage for the investor.
- Intervening or abstaining of intervening in the contract between the contract, leading to the non-respect of the interest if one of the parties in it.
- Breaching in the privacy of the parties or of one of them by unveiling for example the personal reason of the sale without the approval of the seller.
- Pressuring the client to sign a document without reading it, understanding it, knowing his obligations by it, or even, preventing him from obtaining a legal consultation before the signature.
- Having direct contact with the client of another broker despite the agreement between the two brokers.
- Delaying the dispatch of an offer to a client, or taking the decision of sale without the approval of the client.

11. Conflicts Settlement: The competent Lebanese courts shall be responsible to resolve all conflicts. We also undertake to preserve all documents and deeds related to any real estate transaction and cooperate in offering help for the good progress of the action.
